Colleen Cebuliak

Colleen Cebuliak is Senior Vice President, and General Counsel for OEG Inc., overseeing all legal, regulatory and insurance risk matters for the company, having joined OEG Inc. in 2022. Previously, Colleen was with Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), first managing legal aspects of acquisition and disposition transactions as Associate General Counsel and later acting as the Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to her time at AIMCo, Ms. Cebuliak spent more than 20 years in private practice with Dentons Canada LLP. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta as well as a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School.
